To be able to help people both physically and emotionally is immensely rewarding. I believe that massage therapy is a powerful component in self-care, allowing the body and mind to release life’s twists and turns, alleviating pain and stress.

I have been drawn to the healing powers of massage all of my life. I have always been a student of nature, with great reverence for the intricacies of life.

When it was time to choose a career I followed my love for plants and became a Landscape Designer. I worked for 25 years as a designer and during that time I often wondered what my life would have been like if I had become a Massage Therapist.

As fate would have it, I was granted a “do over” and was able to change careers. I studied at Mountain State School of Massage in Charleston, WV. My extremely talented instructors fueled my great passion and I have continued to grow and learn every day.

My goal in each session is to enable my clients to heal themselves. By relieving pain and stress, each client gains self-awareness, allowing them to heal.

I strive to provide each client a safe, secure and relaxing experience.
